The Art of Smart Thought Leadership Hub

Crowe Global’s "The Art of Smart" hub sought to enhance user experience by revamping landing and article pages. The objective was to ensure a seamless experience across all devices while addressing the needs of diverse global content authors. The project aimed to modernize the hub, integrate new modules, and optimize conversions. Key objectives included refining jump links, filters, and social components, along with adding tag links for trending content. The redesign aimed to elevate user engagement, satisfaction, and streamline content management for authors.

Design

Enhanced layout and usability of jump links, filters, and social components. Tag links were added to highlight trending content, aligning with Crowe platforms. Using Ceros, we created interactive experiences for agile testing and adjustments.

Key design changes included:

  • Modernizing pages to reflect current web design trends.

  • Integrating new modules to enhance functionality.

  • Adding strategic call-to-action sections to boost conversions.

  • Ensuring a responsive design for seamless experience across devices.

Research

  • Conducted competitive analysis to unearth emerging trends, establish benchmarks, and pinpoint areas for differentiation.

  • Engaged with the Global Content Author team to gain insights into their needs and pain points, crucial for ensuring smooth page maintenance post-launch.

Testing

Tested the page redesigns and the new Ceros components to:

  • Verify the usability of new layouts and interactive elements.

  • Ensure the responsiveness of the design across different devices.

  • Collect feedback from content authors and end-users to make necessary adjustments.
